Release Changelog 1.16.4
Fixed
- The Recent Releases block’s “View all” link pointed at the page it was on whenever the block sat on a single release. It now goes to the changelog archive, filtered to the product the list is showing.
Release Changelog by Code Atlantic
You already write release notes on GitHub. Release Changelog syncs them into structured WordPress entries you can review, enrich, and publish on your schedule—then renders an accessible public changelog with dynamic blocks and editable templates.
How it works
Publish on GitHub as usual. The signed, retry-safe workflow sends the exact release evidence to WordPress.
Keep the synchronized notes as-is, or add editorial copy, screenshots, labels, and richer formatting without losing the source.
Use the draft as an optional editorial checkpoint, then publish a fast, accessible changelog in your own WordPress theme.
Features
Map approved release sources to products and ingest published releases through scoped, retry-safe authentication.
Every sync creates a protected draft. Review it, enrich it, or publish it as soon as it is ready—your workflow decides.
Start with nine accessible presets, then add, remove, rename, recolor, or re-icon labels to match your release vocabulary.
Compose headers, source notes, metadata, filters, counts, timelines, change groups, recent releases, and Query Loop layouts.
Relate releases to Easy Digital Downloads when you use it—without making EDD a dependency for content, sync, or display.
Semantic markup, visible focus rings, reduced-motion support, and resilient color contrast.
Blocks
Thirteen focused blocks, a Release Query Loop variation, starter patterns, and editable templates. Three real compositions are shown below.

Publish each release once, keep one combined company archive, and give customers a focused changelog for the product they use.
The main archive combines every mapped product. Code Atlantic currently publishes Release Changelog here, and the same archive is ready to grow with the rest of the catalog.
Open the combined archiveSet the product filter and the archive becomes a shareable, product-specific feed. This link uses the real Release Changelog mapping—no copied posts and no second source of truth.
Open the filtered viewTimeline and filter blocks can be limited to allowed product slugs. Add a repository mapping and that product becomes available to the same controls and reusable layouts.
