Refunds

Initial annual and lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked.

Renewal payments are refundable when a refund is requested within 14 calendar days of the renewal charge.

A completed refund ends the refunded license’s entitlement to updates and support.
