Stop hunting for newsletter material.

Newsletter Feed gives your team one place in WordPress to drop what's worth sharing: releases, promos, member stories, and tips. When it's time to write, you pick what runs, arrange it, and open an editable draft in FluentCRM.

Newsletter Feed prepares the issue. FluentCRM, or the email tool you already use, still does the sending.

The problem

The material exists. Finding it is the job.

A release shipped on Tuesday. A partner sent a promo. Someone wrote a great tip in a support thread. A member told a story at the luncheon. By the time the newsletter is due, half of it is forgotten and the rest is scattered across chat, inboxes, and one person's memory.

Newsletter Feed catches each item when it happens, so every issue starts from a full queue instead of a blank page.

How it works

From “we should mention that” to a finished draft

  1. Collect

People add items in WordPress. Forms on your site, a release pipeline, or AI agents can push them in through a simple API.

  2. Approve

Submissions from members or customers wait for an editor's OK before they reach the feed.

  3. Assemble

Pick the items for this issue, keep them in one list or group them into sections, and rewrite anything you like. Everything is a normal WordPress block.

  4. Send from FluentCRM

Push the draft to a FluentCRM campaign and finish it there. Need one more item? Add it from inside the campaign editor.

Once the campaign is sent, the items it used leave the feed. Anything you cut goes back for next time. Items you mark as recurring return for every issue.

Who it’s for

Built for two kinds of newsletter

For product teams

Ship it, and it’s already in the feed.

Every release, cross-promotion, and tip lands in the feed as it happens, pushed by your pipeline, your agents, or your team. The writer opens a draft that already holds this month's material.

For clubs, associations and nonprofits

Stop chasing people for stories

Members submit their news through your site. An editor approves it. The volunteer who assembles the newsletter stops chasing people for stories.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

Does Newsletter Feed send the newsletter?

No. It collects the material and helps you assemble the issue. FluentCRM, or the email tool you choose, handles recipients, scheduling, and sending.

Which FluentCRM campaigns does it work with?

FluentCRM's standard block-based email templates: Simple Boxed, Plain Centered, and Plain Left. The Pro visual builder and raw-HTML campaigns aren't supported. For those, use the HTML export.

Can I change the draft after it’s assembled?

Yes. The issue is built from native WordPress blocks, so you can change every heading, summary, image, link, and button, and reorder anything.

Does it include a submission form for members or customers?

Not at launch. It gives your site a simple way to receive submissions, and a developer can connect the form you already use with a few lines of code.

Is there a free version?

No. Newsletter Feed is a premium plugin from Code Atlantic, the team behind Popup Maker and Content Control.
